THE NEED
Art All Night activity was happening across DC, but a list of locations could not make the collective energy visible or participatory.
THE DECISION
Turn the city itself into the interface: let people add a pin, explore activity geographically, and watch participation build as a live signal.
THE BUILD
A mobile-first interactive DC map with participant pins, geographic activity signals, campaign messaging, and a direct connection into the Artist Tune-Up ecosystem.
